Once you inquire, you’ll receive a phone call from Niara within 72 business hours, Monday through Friday, to learn more about your event, coverage needs, and overall vision. From there, coverage details are confirmed and your date is secured.
On the Day of Your occasion You Will

How far in advance should I book event or retreat coverage?
Event and retreat coverage should be booked as early as possible to ensure availability. Most events book several weeks to months in advance, especially for multi-day events or retreats.
What types of events do you cover?
Coverage is available for conferences, workshops, retreats, brand activations, corporate events, and live gatherings. If your event is centered around people, experience, and connection, it’s a great fit.
Do you travel for events and retreats?
Yes! While based in Jacksonville, Florida, travel is available for events and retreats throughout the U.S. and internationally. Travel fees vary by location and are discussed prior to booking.
When will we receive our photos after the event?
Photo delivery depends on the type and length of your event. Most event galleries are delivered within two weeks from the date of the event. Larger or multi-day events may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.
How do we secure our date?
Your event date is officially secured once the contract is signed and the retainer is received. Availability is limited, so early booking is encouraged.
